How to cancel

If you need to cancel your spot at The Wonder Women Retreat, please let us know in writing as soon as possible by emailing hello@thewonderwomen.com. Spots are limited, so cancelling early gives your spot the best chance to go to another woman on our waitlist.

We’ll confirm we received your request and let you know which refund applies.

Once we receive your cancellation, we’ll do our best to fill your spot from our waitlist. If your spot is filled, you’ll get a full refund of what you paid, less a $500 admin fee, no matter the date.

Refund Schedule

Within 48 hours of registering: full refund, no admin fee.

Please note: all registration deposits are final within 60 days of the retreat, so the 48 hour refund does not apply to registrations made on or after December 23, 2026.

After 48 hour window:

> Before December 23, 2026 (more than 60 days before the retreat): 100% refund, as long as your spot can be filled.

> December 23, 2026 to January 21, 2027 (60 to 31 days before the retreat): 50% refund, as long as your spot can be filled.

> January 22 to February 21, 2027 (30 days or less before the retreat): no refund unless your spot can be filled.


For every cancellation, if your spot is filled, you’ll be refunded any payments made less the $500 admin fee.
