Should it become necessary for you to cancel your participation in The Amansala 2026 Event, TWW requires notification in writing as soon as possible.

Please be mindful that there are limited spots available, so please be sure to cancel early, if necessary, to allow the spot to go to another participant.

Please submit your cancellation request to hello@thewonderwomen.com.

You will receive an acknowledgement of your request with an outline of any refunds that apply. Upon receiving notice of cancellation, we will make every effort to fill your spot from our waitlist. If your spot is filled, a full refund will be issued (regardless of the date).

 

CANCELLATION FEES

Within 48 hours of registration: Full refund ** Please note all registration deposits are final within 60 days of the event – 48 hour cancelation refund does NOT apply within 60 days of the event. **

After 48 hour period: 

> 60 days before the event: refund will be provided as long as your spot can be filled 

60-31 days before the event: 50% refund available (02/15/26) 

30-0 days before the event: no refund will be issued (03/21/26).
